Why I support complementary and alternative medicine

Our new medical director, Dr Michael Dixon tells GPs' magazine Pulse why he supports CAM.
Michael Dixon writes 'ten years into my career as a GP, I began to dread the drive into surgery each morning. I knew I would have to face patients for whom, too often, conventional approaches simply did not work.'
In a personal piece for Pulse, he describes how he became convinced that such approaches are useful and how he employs them in his own practice. Read Dr Dixon's full article here.
