Get your integrated NHS GP practice on the map
One of the things we're asked most frequently is where to find a GP with an integrated approach to health. Now we're inviting GPs to tell us what is integrated about their practice. We'll be mapping the results over the next year.
Whether you run a fully integrated service like College Surgery, Cullompton or are using a single element, like prescribing exercise, access to some CAM therapies or nutritional advice, we would like to hear from you.
Please send 200 words on integration in your practice - or let us know about a practice you attend so that we can follow it up with the surgery. We eventually hope to make it easier for patients to find integrated services in their area.
You can get in touch with us at contactus@fih.org.uk.
