Lateral thinkers

Treating health in an integrated way often calls for people to think outside the box - to make connections outside their own profession, or to be concerned about issues that are not traditionally associated with their job.  Here are just a few examples of the people who are beginning to think more broadly to enact an integrated vision of health.
