One25
Destitute, often living rough, drug addicted and with children in care, street sex workers in Bristol have serious health issues and a high mortality rate.
One25 brings support to these women - ranging from food, condoms and GP services to complementary therapies, counselling and a space to wash. The service has had a transformative effect on many lives, with women leaving the streets, getting homes and education and being in a position to raise their children.
One25 say 'the only way to see such shattered lives transformed is to offer long term, flexible and holistic support'. They are keen to share good practice with other organisations.
