Event bookings
Cancellations: Cancellations confirmed in writing (by emailing contactus@fih.org.uk or writing to/faxing the address above) more than 28 days before the event will be refunded in full. For cancellations between 28 and 14 days a 50% refund will be given. We regret that if you cancel your place after that time, we will not be able to refund your fee, although substitutions may be accepted if notified at least 24 hours before the event.
Complaints
We aim to respond to all complaints within five working days.
